0nly members of TheFreeMart are allowed to use any of the features available in the store. All postings, text files, images, photos, videos, sounds or other materials posted or transmitted through the store are sole responsibility of the person from which such material originated. Any member found to have posted offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading or otherwise objectible items will lose their privileges and their membership will be terminated with no refund of membership fees.
Membership
Each member if TheFreeMart is to abide to the terms of membership. Any disregard or violation of the following terms and conditions will result in the lost of access to the store.

Access fees refer to as "membership fees" are to be paid in full upon creation of a customer profile.

Membership is time limited and will expire at midnight of the last day of their paid membership period.

Members are allowed to post "only" wearable clothing and usable household goods.

No member is allowed to post offensive, derogatory, sexually explicit languages, images, objects, pictures, etc, in the store.

Members are not allowed to place links within the store to other websites.

Each member chooses the contact information they will make available with their posted items.

Each member is responsible for making mutually acceptable arrangements for item pickup.

All email notifications for items are to be free of any promotion and or solicitations.
